Product Description:

The screw is suitable for PET chips and bottle flakes.

(3) Pressure automatic feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically to ensure the uniform of yarn.

(4) Material of barrel heater: Cast aluminium with stainless steel insulation layer.

(5) Metering pump 30cc, rotation speed: 0-45 rotation.

(6) Round spinneret: 1 set.

(7) Two color dosing unit: 1 set

2. Cooling water tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by SS 304.

(2) Using heating pipe, power:18KW.

(4) Equip one suction device under the yarn support plate.

3. Seven roller stretching unit A

(1) Seven variable diameter rollers which made by stainless steel 304.

(2) Steel box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

(3) Built-out oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs steady. Bearings: TIMKEN-TWB.

(4) Equip 1 pressing roller.

(5) Equip water collecting plate at bottom.

4. Overflow type hot water tank:1 set

(1) Tank size: 4000mm

(2) Heating power: 45KW in 2 zones,

Electric heating pipe is in the tank.

(3) The tank is made by SS 304 with insulating layer.
