Product Description:
1. Extruder: 1 set
(1) Screw diameter: 90mm, Rotation speed of screw: 0～80 rpm. Screw: Zhoushan.
(2) L:D: 30:1, Material of screw: 38CrMoALA , The screw is suitable for PA6 chips.
(3) Pressure automatic feedback system which can adjust the screw speed automatically.
(4) Electrical heating spinneret: 1 set.
2. Quenching tank: 1 set
(1) The tank is made by SS 304.
3. Seven roller stretching unit A
(1) Seven variable diameter rollers made by steel pipe with hard chrome plating.
(2) Steel box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.
(3) Built-out oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs steady.
4. Overflow water tank: 1 set
(1) Tank size: 4000mm
(2) Electric heating pipe is in the tank.
