Product Description:

1. Extruder: 1 set

(2) L:D: 33:1, the screw is suitable for PE Virgin.

(3) Manual filter changer or automatic hydraulic filter changer:1 set

(4) Use the pressure automatic feedback system to adjust the screw automatically which could ensure the uniform of yarn.

(5) Material of barrel heater: Cast aluminium with stainless steel insulation layer.

2. Cooling water tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by SS 304.

3. Seven roller stretching unit A, Reducer ratio 1:33

(1) Seven pieces variable diameter roller, Five rollers are covered with rubber.

(2) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

4. Hot water tank:1 set

(1) The tank is made by SS 304 with the insulating layer

(2) Double pressure rollers equip with twin cylinder opening device.

5. Seven roller stretching unit B, Reducer ratio 1:11

(1) Seven pieces variable diameter roller, all rollers are coated with hard chrome.

(2) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.
