Product Description:

 

1. Extruder: 1 set

(1) Screw diameter: 90mm, Rotation speed of screw: 0～80 rpm.

(2) L:D: 33:1, Material of screw: 38CrMoALA ,

(3) Filter: Manual/Auto filter changer.

(4) RKC pressure automatic feedback system which can adjust the screw speed automatically.

(5) Material of barrel heater: Cast aluminums with stainless steel insulation layer.

(6) Metering pump, rotation speed: 0-45 rotation.

(7) Electrical heating round spinneret: 1 set

(8) Ceramic heating rings for spinneret with SS insulating layer. Heating power: 4kw
