Product Description:
1. 75×33 Extruder:2 sets
(1) Main motor power: 37KW;
(2) Screw diameter: 70mm;
(3) L:D: 33:1; Material of screw: 38CrMoALA
(4) Rotation speed of screw: 0～90rpm
(5) Reducer: Jiangyin Gearbox manufacturer.
(6) Pressure automatic feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically.
(7) Far infarad heating rings.
(8) Metering pump:2 sets
Spinneret: 1 set, components: 2 sets
(9) Static mixer: 1 set

2. Cooling water tank: 1 set
(1) The tank is made by stainless steel 304.
(2) The horizontal pushing structure is conveniently to disassembly the spinneret.
3. Seven roller stretching unit A: 1 Set
(1) Steel roller size: φ270×700×7
The 7 rollers are made by SS 304 with hard chrome plating.
(2) Steel structure cabinet with gear transmission,no pressure rollers.
(4) The frame is covered with stainless steel 304 plate to prevent the water.

(2) The water is heated by copper heating pipe, the heating power: 50kw,
(3) The tank is made by SS 304.
