Product Description:
1. Extruder: 1 set
(1) Screw dia.: 85mm; Rotation speed: 0～80rpm,
(2) L:D: 30:1; The screw is special design for PET recylce material.
(3) Pressure feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically.
(4) Melt filter: Melt filter changer with candles
(5) Spinneret device: 1 set
(6) Metering pump: 1 set
(7) Color doserm: 1 set
(8) Magnet device: 1 set
2. Quenching Tank:1 set
(1) The tank is made by Stainless Steel 304.
(2) The horizontal pushing structure is conveniently to disassembly the spinneret.
3. First Seven roller Stretching unit: 1 set
(1) Seven pieces variable diameter roller with hard chrome plating.
(2) Built-out oil lubrication system makes gears run steady.
